Linton Builders & Custom Design, Inc. was founded in 2004 with the intention of bringing a flexible and reliable general contractor to Wayne County and the surrounding areas. Our President, Corey Linton, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, starting at just 15 years old framing houses and quickly working his way up.
We specialize in new custom home designs and builds. Our company uses the latest 3D CAD software to draw your home plans according to your needs and then render both interior and exterior details so you can take a virtual tour of your future home. Whatever your idea - be it an entirely new plan or altering an existing one - Linton Builders will guide you through the design process into construction all the way to closing.
We don't stop there, however. We also build spec houses that can be customized, depending on the stage of completion, upon making your offer. You can vew our inventory of spec houses on our "For Sale" page. If none of these options suit your needs, we also offer real estate services and can find a home in the area for you. And when you're ready to move out, we can list your old home as well.
Our complete General Contractor services provide all phases of construction including: design, blue prints, permits, foundation, concrete work, framing, drywall, kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, flooring, painting, roofing, siding, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, decks, patios, garages and so much more.
